Okuno works hard at being the best supplier to every industry it is in and it is because of our amazing research and development staff. While a lot of other chemical suppliers have more staff working to promote itself than improving what they have, or worse yet just buying up technologies that they do not understand. Okuno has more people making sure that we have the best chemicals, striving to leave the industries we touch in a better place than when we entered them. If you look at the image below, you can see a break down of our employees with about 430 global employees we have a lot of staff working in R&D. To work more efficiently we have also invested in a lot of analytical equipment, this not only helps the development of new products but also helps when issues arise in diagnosing the exact cause of the issue.
